The SAC's Gallery 2022 Student Exhibition

This exhibition is made possible in part by grants from the Alabama State Council on the Arts, the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency.

The goal of this exhibition is to give Alabama high school students the chance to participate in the process of preparing work for exhibition, exhibit in a gallery space, view work by their contemporaries, meet other photographers, and win cash awards. Together we can build on the idea that photography is a fine art. The exhibition will run concurrently with the Montgomery Photo Festival exhibit at the Kress on Dexter gallery.
 
The opening reception for the student exhibit will be Saturday afternoon, August 13, 2022 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. The awards for this exhibit will be distributed at 2:00 p.m.

The exhibit will run from August 13-August 27.
 
SAC’s Gallery is located at 529 South Perry Street, Suite #14, in Montgomery, Alabama.

Normal gallery hours are Tuesday and Thursday, 12 noon to 5 p.m., or by appointment (call 334-265-9931).
